    With this weeks reset we have some exciting updates coming that I simply just cannot wait to tell you guys about so without further ado here is what you guys over on Xeon can look forward to this Friday!
    • /fund Updates
    • Dynamic XP Bottle Tax

    /fund Updates
    We are constantly watching /fund and the planets eco at the start of maps and after the recent resets and updates, we have decided to give the /fund an update! Here are the new requirements for each level of the fund!

    Meteors - $20,000,000 OR 10 Players at Level 60
    /rankkit - $100,000,000 OR 10 Players at Level 70
    Meteorites - $150,000,000 OR 10 Players at Level 80
    Alien Invasions - $300,000,000 OR 10 Players at Level 85
    /gkit - $375,000,000 OR 10 Players at Level 90
    Slot Bot - $525,000,000 OR 10 Players at Level 100

    Dynamic XP Bottle Tax
    After numerous community feedback, we have decided to introduce a Dynamic XP Bottle Tax at the start of a maps life! Starting with Xeon the cost of withdrawing XP will be dependant on how old the map is and will even out to the normal rate of 10% at Day 15 (5% For Heroic Ranked Players)
    Day 1: 45% Tax
    Day 2: 42.5% Tax
    Day 3: 40% Tax
    Day 4: 37.5% Tax
    Day 5: 35% Tax
    Day 6: 32.5% Tax
    Day 7: 30% Tax
    Day 8: 27.5% Tax
    Day 9: 25% Tax
    Day 10: 22.5% Tax
    Day 11: 20% Tax
    Day 12: 17.5% Tax
    Day 13: 15% Tax
    Day 14: 12.5% Tax
    Day 15: 10% Tax

    Boost Buying Cells
    Normally what you will see at the start of maps when players purchase the high tier cells is a gang will boost one player up to purchase the cell then they will extract the XP back and return it to those that boosted them. While players will take a small hit to XP from this it still doesn't give many other players a fair shot at grinding out the high tier cells.

    Because of this we are going to be implementing a new feature! When players purchase a cell they will now suffer from XP Exhaustion! XP Exhaustion means you will be unable to extract XP until you are no longer exhausted. The length of the exhaustion will be dependant on the tier of the cell they are purchasing and will be as follows:

    Low Security Cell - 12 Hours
    Medium Security Cell - 24 Hours
    High Security Cell - 2 Days
    Maximum Security Cell - 4 Days
    VIP Security Cell - 7 Days
    Presidential/Elysium Cell - 14 Days

    These updates will be releasing on Xeon first and will be hitting Sahara & Sovereign once they reset! As always we welcome your guy's thoughts and feedback on these changes! Feel free to throw them on this post below!

    Good idea with the boost cell thing but I think the wait time is a bit to long and very unnecessary

    Agreed, it makes it so you don't have to grind as much as a top gang honestly. Less incentive to play knowing that you cannot get another cell.

    What does the "xp exhaustion" do?
    Are those players unable to /extractxp for that amount of time or are those players unable to drink xp bottles for that amount of time or are those player unable to gain any xp for that amount of time. We need clarification.

    What’s xp exhaustion is it where they can’t extract ?

    It means you cannot extract XP whilst you are suffering from XP exhaustion :) (I have also edited the post to clarify this)

    Top gangs can still get multiple VIPs but it will be harder now since instead of say only having to grind like 1.1 boosts (because of 10% tax) to 103 they have to actually grind out 2 unless they are going to wait the 7 days if they don't want to grind and want more than 1 vip.

    The fund changes are definitely being overlooked in this post. By changing gkits to 10 players at lvl 90 you essentially make gkits like zenith and broteaus useless. These two gkits are used to at the start of the map to help players who don’t want to spend money on a cc get a decent wooden pickaxe. Also iron pvp is going to be so one sided until lvl 90 prestige cap is released because iron gear prices will be through the roof since the demand will be insane high while supply is essentially 0. I understand it looks like you are trying to level the playing field between players, but to someone who has been around for a while and has worked hard for their gkits and their ranks this looks like a cash grab for people to buy the ccs on reset or they won’t have anything to start the map. Maybe this wasn’t intentional, but it makes all what I have worked for over the past five seasons useless because I won’t get the advantages I worked for at the start of the map. If you where smart you would keep the players who spend money happy and not care about the trainees.

    None of that is different then any other map. Iron pieces are always expensive because it still takes a few days to get gkits normally and players have not been able to roll their gkits enough to get a really good roll (at least on level 0 gkits). Also, most people who do buy CCs or get trades will have many many fractured flares that do a perfect job of putting some gear in the eco but not so much that it’s breaking early game pvp/set making.
