First off, Lit update. The only thing I don't like is that we can't defend in diamond anymore. If 10 people with godsets are raiding 1 cell, how are we supposed to stop them now? Not everyone has enormous gangs with op truces (that are on all the time). One question: Will cell guards come with ALL the energy to upgrade them to their max level (40), or will we have to put some energy on the guards? And t4 will now use simple guards right? (That was 2 questions, oops!)
You will get them back Personally if I was a player and say I owned a Tier 3 cell then since I owned a Tier 3 I would make sure that I had plenty of gold god sets to defend against raids. The guards question is answered in the post
So you spend extra money to get a t4, to get the same future cell as someone with a t5. This is broken as for the price of 1 t4 cell i could've bought many t5s for my gang and would've gained wayyyyyyyyy more. Please consider adding some benefit to previously owning a t4. Also why couldn't T5->T4, T4->T3 and then the rest stay as usual? If i have misread the post i apologise. Think there may be a slight misconception due to some planets having t3's and some not. You do realise any large cells you release will most likely be auto bought by scum.
How is this going to affect the raids? Are we going to have to wear same gear as guards when raiding?
So basically, gaurds are useless, and cells are going to be super easy to raid :/. If you have 6 or 7 players on, they can just do rotation and kill the gaurds. This literally just kils the point of having any upgrade on the gaurds at all. Yeah, they can protect a bit more, but it's not that hard to kill gaurds... Kind of ruins the point of adding upgrades to gaurds. This also mean that gaurd gear can be stolen easily as well. Dopping guards is a bad implementation.

I'm not sure what you expect us to do? Tier 5's needed to be phased out Tier 4 is where cell progression starts We couldn't just give them the cash back and 2 weeks to have their stuff destroyed. Like "Hey I know you had a cell but we're phasing out that cell size, so....... good luck getting enough money together before all your stuff is deleted" Not to mention cell limitations. Let's say that we have tier 5 owners who didn't have the level required for a tier four. What would we say to that, "Tough cookies we know you owned a cell before, but 2MuchSkillForU says it's not fair that you get upgraded, so all that stuff you had in your cell is just gone AND you have to try to level up as well to acquire that cash" There's got to be some give my friend. The staff have done their best to make it as fair as possible. This is the only fair way to handle it. And before you say "well then Tier 4's should be upgraded" There's no VIP+ Cells On that premise tier 4 should be tier 3, tier 3 should be tier 2, tier 2 should be tier 1, tier 1 should be VIP, and screw the current VIP cell owners right (not to mention limited VIP cells) And before you say, "well some planets nobody buy's tier 3," does that still mean that YOU should get an upgrade even though your cells aren't being deleted but tier 2, 1, and VIP shouldn't? We're not going to have a different exchange for each planet. This was complicated enough as it is! Can't be doing that my friend
Again as has been stated multiple times the guards will NOT USE GEAR ANYMORE. We will only be sure of how op or stupid the guards are when they come out but I reckon it won't be easy, since staff have probably tested this a lot. I think this is gonna make raiding quite fun and it being essential to having sets to protect your cell of the tier you own.
Will simple guards be removed? Will guards be able to have gear put on? What will happen to our current guard gear? @XsSlayeR3
