NGL If your gang doesn't own a max/VIP you probably dont have the gear or numbers to raid a VIP/max cell.
i'd say 1 rotation caves within the mine with GOOD STACKED patches of ore...kinda like the caves in nightmare on val 1...but WAYYY harder to get out.
